It Will Be What it Wants to Be presented a unique challenge from a design standpoint as it was a devised improv show. While the basic structure stayed the same, the content changed every night. The designer and I were tasked with curating costumes that fed into the spirit of play, along with creating a set of base costumes that unified the group.
